Who We Are

Welcome to ACAP Centre County, serving the State College area in central Pennsylvania! We are here to support you in navigating the challenges of caring for aging loved ones. We understand the difficulties faced by adult children stepping into caregiver roles.

Our chapter offers free monthly educational programs, an annual conference, and a range of resources tailored to caregivers in Centre County. We cover topics like local healthcare resources, Pennsylvania’s caregiving legal issues, and financial planning for you and your aging parent.

With guidance from senior services professionals, ACAP Centre County is a valuable resource for caregivers. By fostering community and shared experiences, we help improve the well-being of both caregivers and their aging parents. Join us to gain the knowledge and support you need to be an effective caregiver and advocate for your aging loved one!
