Residential Options When Home No Longer Meets Your Parents’ Needs

January 9 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

PLEASE NOTE!   Due to weather concerns and for everyone’s safety, this program has been moved to an online Zoom meeting.

As parents age, they may face a need and/or desire to change their housing arrangements, such as needing to move to a new residence that is more accessible and/or with more substantial medical and assistive services. This introductory program will provide an overview of the array of residential options and resources available to aging adults in the community, along with issues to consider and questions to ask, regardless of where you are on your caregiving journey.

Presenters: Lorraine Montalbano, SRES, and Mary Denio

Lorraine Montalbano is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. She works to educate, empower, and equip mature homeowners so that they can make informed decisions on their housing needs while remaining in control. She also provides turnkey services to help clients decide where to move and assists in getting settled into a new home.

Mary Denio has worked in Senior Living for over 20 years. She has been a marketer for both Senior Communities and Home Care, so she understands the different advantages of either choice for a senior. Mary has worked at Brightview Paramus for the past seven years and believes wholeheartedly in the Senior Community model. Her favorite part of the job are the families and the residents she gets to know and love.
