Who We Are
Welcome to ACAP Cobb & Cherokee, your go-to source for invaluable information, resources, support, and community, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for caregivers and their aging loved ones. Our chapter is dedicated to empowering caregivers with the tools, choices, and confidence you need to navigate the often stress-filled journey of caring for aging family members.
Our goal is to foster a vibrant community of caregivers, enabling you to draw strength and inspiration from others who share similar experiences and concerns.
Each month, we host free educational programs and community gatherings specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of caregivers in Cobb and Cherokee Counties. Every meeting starts with a friendly meet-and-greet, followed by sessions filled with practical information and resources designed to support you in your caregiving role.
We invite you to join us for free monthly ACAP programs that address topics common to most caregivers for aging adults.
