Who We Are
Welcome to ACAP Hall County, your place for support, information, and community to help caregivers and their aging loved ones. We’re here to give you the tools, choices, and confidence to handle the challenges of caregiving.
Our goal is to create a strong community where caregivers can find strength and inspiration from others who understand what they’re going through. We offer free monthly programs and connections that meet the needs of caregivers in Hall County. Each meeting begins with a friendly meet-and-greet, followed by helpful sessions full of practical information and resources.
We work with Legacy Link, Inc. and the University of North Georgia’s Institute for Healthy Aging to reach more people in Hall County, improving caregiving skills and enriching lives. Join us to become a stronger caregiver and advocate for your loved one!
