ACAP Wine Down

Are you caregiver who is interested in meeting other caregivers?  Are you an adult child looking for answers to the challenges of caring for a  parent or older adult.  Do you want to chat with senior care professionals to learn more in a social and relaxing environment? ACAP Centre County is all about educating and supporting adult children of aging parents as well as other caregivers. Join us for a glass of wine or a mocktail at our ACAP Wine Down at University Winery (540 Misty Hill Drive, State College) and meet others including the ACAP team.  RSVP requested but not required.
