Speaker Credentials
Hi, I’m Linda Pollock, and for over 35 years, I’ve been helping homeowners just like you experience the joy of a stress-free home. Whether it’s fixing what’s broken, adapting your space to meet life’s changes, or taking care of the maintenance you don’t have time for, my team and I at North Jersey Home Maintenance Group (NJHMG) are here to make your life easier.I grew up immersed in construction and real estate, working in my family’s business from a young age. While I could have stayed in the family company, I decided to chart my own path. I managed properties in Manhattan, launched my own renovation and relocation company, and eventually combined all that experience into NJHMG—a one-stop solution for everything your home needs.Along the way, I’ve worked with high-end developers, managed major renovations, and earned certifications in Aging in Place and Living in Placedesign. But what truly sets me apart is my commitment to understanding your unique needs. Great service isn’t just about doing the job—it’s about listening, anticipating challenges, and delivering solutions that improve your quality of life.In 2025, I merged Setting the Stage—a business I created to help seniors and individuals with disabilities—into NJHMG. This merger means we can now offer a seamless experience for all homeowners, combining Aging in Place expertise with full-service maintenance, handyman work, and renovations.Whether you’re planning for the future, managing a home from afar, or just need someone to call when things need fixing, we’re here to help.
