Emilia Bourland is a licensed occupational therapist with extensive experience working with patients and families with dementia across the care continuum. She is the owner of Higher Standards Caregiver Training, which provides low cost care courses for non-medical and family caregivers, and the author of “What Do I Do When…?” An Occupational Therapist’s Guide to Solving Daily Dementia Care Problems.
