Being a caregiver is an incredibly exhausting and challenging role.  The caregiving journey can last for many years.  Finding ways to maintain your resilience requires learning to set realistic expectations and being willing to set boundaries so you don’t lose yourself in the caregiving journey.  Nancy will offer creative ideas and ways to help you cultivate resilience.  Nancy is an MSW and has worked with caregivers for over 35 years.  She also had a mother she helped care for who lived with Alzheimer’s disease for 16 years.
