Socializing: The Importance of Being Engaged & Active
Program Sponsor: Staying socially active is important for physical health, brain health and even longevity, but staying engaged can be difficult for older adults. This program will provide an overview of the reasons for socializing and help finding enjoyable social opportunities for caregivers and their aging parents. Lunch begins at 11:30am; program at noon.
