ACAP Twin Cities
Who We Are
We are proud to be part of a vibrant, compassionate community where people come together to support one another—especially when it comes to caring for aging loved ones.
Our Twin Cities chapter will begin offering free, in-person programs this September. These programs will cover a wide range of topics relevant to adult children and others caring for aging parents or loved ones. With the guidance of local professionals, participants will gain valuable education, resources, and insight into the aging process—from healthcare and legal planning to emotional wellbeing and daily care needs.
At our core, ACAP Twin Cities exists to remind you that you are not alone. Caregiving can be both rewarding and overwhelming, and our programs create a space where participants find comfort, encouragement, and meaningful connections with others on a similar journey. Together, we build confidence, share understanding, and face challenges with the strength of a supportive community.
Join us as we launch this fall and discover the power of community, compassion, and knowledge to help you become a more confident, empowered caregiver.
