This program will help adult-children understand movement and mobility challenges as loved ones age and offer specific and practical tips for preventing falls in the home and in the community.

Every second of every day, an older adult falls and one out of every 5 of these cause serious injury. Falls do not and should not be considered a normal part of aging. This presentation will discuss environmental and activity modifications that can help prevent falls.

Learn about movement and mobility challenges as loved ones age and gain specific and practical tips and tools for preventing falls in the home and in the community.
