Presenter: Staci Hannah, Aging Navigator, M.Ed, CDP Staci Hannah is the Dementia Team Lead for the State of Georgia where she focuses on building dementia-capable communities, supporting care partners and individuals living with dementia and expanding education and partnerships throughout the state. Staci also owns a coaching business as a Dementia Specialist and End-of-Life Doula, Graceful Journey where she specializes in helping families and individuals navigate the journey once they have been diagnosed with a terminal illness until the end of life.
