Who We Are

ACAP Oklahoma City is a free community education program designed specifically for adult children caring for aging parents and family caregivers. Our monthly seminars connect caregivers with trusted local experts, practical resources, and educational programs to help families confidently navigate the challenges of aging.

Whether you're helping a parent remain independent, exploring housing options, managing healthcare decisions, understanding legal and financial planning, or simply wondering where to begin, ACAP Oklahoma City provides reliable information in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Our mission is to educate, empower, and connect caregivers by providing practical tools, local resources, and meaningful conversations that help families make informed decisions while supporting the independence, dignity, and well-being of older adults.

While our primary audience is adult children and caregivers, older adults and anyone interested in learning more about aging-related topics are always welcome to attend.
